Jay is the President and CEO of Health Data Vision, Inc., a leading innovator of SaaS platform solutions for clinical data collection and analytics. In his role, he is responsible for scaling operations, accelerating business growth and fostering product innovation to propel the Company’s impact in the healthcare industry for health plans, providers and healthcare professionals.
He is seasoned software and services executive with over 25 years of experience in various leadership capacities, including his most recent position as Chief Revenue Officer at Guidance Software, a publicly traded software security company. Prior to this, Jay served as the Worldwide Head of Sales & Customer Success at ServiceSource, where he enjoyed a successful 9-year career as the company expanded globally and grew revenue from $25m to $265m. He was also the President & CEO of WNS North America. WNS, a well-regarded business process outsourcing organization, evolved out of British Airways and grew rapidly as a commercially focused organization.
Jay holds his MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business along with a bachelor’s degree in economics from Connecticut College. Jay is proud to serve on the Board of Trustees at Lawrence Academy, a college preparatory school he attended in Massachusetts. Jay resides in Los Angeles with his wife and two boys and can often be found on the weekend coaching or cheering on his boys.
Rita Young, RN, BSN, CRNC has worked in Managed Care for over 25 years and has extensive knowledge in project management, chart retrieval, documentation management, clinical abstraction and risk adjustment coding. She is leading HDVI operational activities as the Chief Operating Officer. Rita joins us from nearly 15 years with Altegra Health and Outcomes Health Information Solutions, building one of the largest scale, quality operations in the business where she served as the Chief Operating Officer for Chart Retrieval and Clinical Review Services. Rita and her team were responsible for all chart retrieval and clinical review in both the US and Offshore.
Rita is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Prior to entering the business arena, Rita was a trauma nurse for nearly 15 years. She is from
Kevin is the Vice President of Product for Health Data Vision, Inc. Kevin manages the roadmap for HDVI’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product set, including MRCS (Medical Record Collection System), SVP (Secure Virtual Print), and other innovations. Kevin brings 18+ years of product management experience in building and leading innovative, best-in-class, technology solutions.
Kevin recently served for five years at Fuel Cycle, where he led the transformation of their SaaS product into a market-leading community platform recognized by Forrester and Gartner, and used by numerous Fortune 100 companies. While there, he spearheaded a rebuild of all internal and client-facing systems, while introducing game-changing features to surprise and delight clients. As part of this effort, Kevin recruited and led the Product, User Experience, Engineering, Corporate IT, and Network Operations teams.
Prior to Fuel Cycle, Kevin worked for several B2B SaaS platform and consulting companies, where he focused on building the best products and solutions for clients, domestically and globally. Kevin has built global teams and continues to look for innovative ways to engage users online and via mobile.
Kevin earned his MBA at the USC Marshall School of Business, with a focus in Strategy, Scenario Planning and Innovation. He continues to engage with influencers within the USC and SoCal Silicon Beach tech startup scene.
Jason is a seasoned technology executive with over 20 years of experience building large-scale, mission critical software applications.
Prior to joining HDVI, Jason was the Vice President of Application Development and Support at Public Storage, the largest self-storage company in the world, leading the technology efforts across consumer, retail, and call center customer channels. Jason also spent 11 years at FOX Broadcasting Company directing the software development efforts including production broadcast software, media content systems, and web development. Jason started his career as one of the first engineers at Realtor.com.
Jason holds his MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management along with a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics also from UCLA. Born and raised in California, he currently resides in Los Angeles with his wife and two kids.
Mike Curran has worked in Managed Care for 25 years and brings extensive management and operations experience to HDVI, as well as proven ability to build high performing, results-focused teams. Mike joined HDVI in 2013 with responsibility for operations. As he became increasingly involved in business development, he saw a need for dedicated leadership to drive Quality/HEDIS® initiatives, working with health plans to achieve measurable improvements in metrics, such as Star Ratings.
Prior to joining HDVI, he came from United Healthcare where he was the National Director for Clinical Performance Improvement, and built a national HEDIS reporting and improvement program that served all UHC markets.
Before UHC, Mike was the Director of Policy with NCQA where he was actively involved in measure specification development and provided consultative support to the Audit and Software licensure programs at NCQA. Mike has oversight for HDVI’s operational areas including Client Services, Clinical and Quality Services, Data Services and Analytics.
Mike is a graduate of St. Anselm College where he earned a degree in Politics and Boston University where he earned his Master of Public Health degree.
Bryan Lee continues an extensive healthcare data analytics and risk adjustment career at HDVI, with over 25 years of consulting and healthcare management experience. Prior to joining HDVI, Bryan co-founded Pyxis Health Solutions, LLC., a software company specializing in healthcare analytics focused on HEDIS®, STARs, Fraud, Waste & Abuse, and Risk Adjustment for Health Plans.
Bryan lead Regence BlueCross BlueShield's Medicare program, where he oversaw the implementation of the Medicare Revenue Realization system, which integrated all Medicare Advantage workflow processes from AEP through RAPS & PDE reconciliation. Prior to Regence, Bryan was a member of the Kaiser Permanente National Medicare Finance Leadership team, where he was responsible for the Northwest Region Medicare Program Operations, in additional to the National Technology Team.
Bryan earned a Master’s in Business Administration in Health Administration and Quantitative Analysis from the School of Health Administration & Policy at Arizona State University. Bryan is a frequent speaker addressing topics such as Prospective and Retrospective Diagnostic Coding Improvement, Medicare Risk Adjustment and HCC Risk Identification and Opportunity Analysis.
Mohamed Hachicha is a dynamic finance executive who works with startups and growing businesses to help set right foundations for sustained growth, value creation, and to address their capital needs.
Mohamed started his career on Wall Street as a financial analyst, corporate controller, and VP of Finance for a leading software provider. He lead the day-to-day financial operations, audit preparation, audit management, and all FP&A. Additionally, he participated in raising over $50M in equity and structured debt, as well as, the acquisition and integration of three fin-tech companies. After 10 years in New York, Mohamed joined an investment fund based in Warsaw, Poland as a Managing Director, leading the funds efforts into diversifying their portfolio investments abroad and managing the financial operations of several portfolio companies. In this capacity, Mohamed worked on several deals in Europe, Africa and the U.S. and, as a result, has acquired extensive knowledge and in-depth understanding of the venture capital world, including the due diligence process around it.
Mohamed holds a BBA in Finance from the George Washington University in Washington D.C. He has been recognized for seven consecutive years on the Inc. 500/5000 list of fastest growing businesses in the U.S. Mohamed now lives in Los Angeles and enjoys watching sports, riding his motorcycle, and traveling around the world.
Jason Weddingfeld is the VP of Operations Improvement at Health Data Vision, Inc. He is an expert in operational excellence and performance transformation.
Jason has a proven track record of delivering exceptional results for Fortune 500 companies, as well as middle market businesses; achieving significant cost reduction and operational efficiency improvements through a combination of prioritization, execution, leadership development and capability building.
Jason’s diverse experience allows him to bring best practices from across industries. He served in the US Navy as a submarine officer, later joining McKinsey’s Operations Practice before going into industry. Jason has focused on bringing Lean and Six Sigma thinking to service industries such as healthcare and financial services.
Jason graduated from the University of San Diego with a BA in Economics, later being certified as a Nuclear Engineer by the Department of Energy. He lives in Orange County, CA with his wife and son.
Michael Loria is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional and joins our team with twenty years’ experience in designing, launching, and maintaining computer software.
He started his career as a software designer for a startup, building the infrastructure that Host the SaaS software for the time and attendance monitoring product that is used at Fortune 500, health care, and government organizations. He worked at Walt Disney Co. managing their IaaS Infrastructure (Infrastructure as a Service). He also served as IT Director at a Fuel Cycle in Los Angeles, where he implemented IT infrastructure that streamlined IT Operations, thus making everyday IT life easier for the end user.
Michael is a California native and enjoys camping, hiking, making wine and beer, and BBQ.
Steven Dozal is Senior Manager of Operations for HDVI. Steven manages all aspects of records retrievals for the teams that pursue, intake, process and quality control medical records for HDVI’s customers. Steven's focus is on analytics and technology-driven solutions that integrate with our platform, to assist our customers in following their projects with real-time statistics and projection abilities.
Steven comes from the legal industry where he has over 20 years of experience; specifically, the outsourced support services sector. He has operated and grown startups, run his own company, and managed operations for the largest attorney-service records retrieval division in California. Within the legal industry, Steven kept loyal customers for over a decade, throughout his career. He has a passion for building great teams, forging efficiencies, customer service and customer loyalty.
Leann Dyehouse, CPC, CRC, has worked in managed care for 10 years, delivering widespread knowledge in risk adjustment coding, inpatient/outpatient coding, clinical abstraction, DVA and RADV audits. She has lead the HDVI clinical team as a Clinical Operations Manager since February 2017.
Leann most recently worked for DST Systems as Senior Quality Specialist, where she was responsible for risk adjustment training and management of quality outcomes. Prior to DST, Leann worked for 8 years at Altegra Health (formally Outcomes Health Information Solutions) holding various positions while there. Leann and team were responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality and production standards for U.S. and Offshore coding teams, as well as maintaining client relationships. Leann also brings two years of extensive knowledge of documentation management from Kentucky Medical Service Foundation, affiliated with the University of Kentucky, where she worked as a provider educator and quality auditor.
Leann is a graduate of Hutchinson College where she earned her associates degree in Health Information Management. Leann currently lives in the wonderful Bluegrass State of Kentucky. Her hobbies include reading, touring historical sites, and traveling.
Christie is responsible for HEDIS and Coding projects. She has over 12 years of experience in the industry, working with clients on their HEDIS project and/or Risk Adjustment projects. For the past 12 years, Christie has held a wide variety of management roles, most recently as HEDIS Manager. Her main responsibilities were professional development and quality, as well as production for U.S. and Offshore teams. She also worked closely with the development team and clients to ensure HEDIS was successful each year.
Christie is a graduate of University of Kentucky, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Spanish. She then went on to earn a degree in Nursing several years later. Christie lives in Danville, Kentucky. She has three children, and her hobbies revolve around them- going to her sons’ football, basketball, and baseball games, and attending her daughter’s plays, as well as traveling with them as often as possible.
Carrieann Conner has worked in the health insurance industry for over 13 years. She comes to HDVI with several years’ project management and program management experience. She is very knowledgeable in Risk Adjustment for the Commercial Market and she has participated in the RADV Audit since its inception.
Carrieann earned her MBA from Colorado Mesa University. Carrieann also volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for abused and neglected children. In her spare time she loves spending time with her family, daughter and son.
Heather has nearly twenty years of experience working in the HEDIS, STARS and pay-for-performance arenas within managed care. Her depth of experience includes prospective reporting, gap closure, measure rate analysis, project management, outreach, interventions, provider education, management of medical record retrieval and abstraction as well as data management. In her role as Senior Manager, she will be providing customized support to HDVI clients and assisting with their HEDIS and Risk Adjustment projects. She will be lending expertise in hybrid rate improvement and analytics reporting. Heather is passionate about streamlining HEDIS processes and identifying critical areas of improvement that can impact measure rates.
In her spare time, Heather enjoys hiking in the mountains, photographing wildlife, and being involved in animal welfare and rescue.
