JAY ACKERMAN

Jay is an Enterprise Software executive responsible for setting the vision, strategy, and objectives for Reveleer. As a leader, he is also keenly focused on shaping and stewarding the culture at Reveleer to attract a robust collaborative team, while driving an innovation mandate to execute our mission to accelerate value-based care.

 

He is a seasoned software and services executive with over 30 years of experience in various leadership capacities. While at Reveleer, he established the company as a leader in SaaS solutions to enable our customer set to take control of these critical value-based care programs. Before Reveleer, Jay was the Chief Revenue Officer at Guidance Software, a publicly traded software security company. He is equally proud of his contribution to the success of ServiceSource, where he was the Worldwide Head of Sales and Customer Success at ServiceSource and WNS North America. WNS, where he was the President & CEO. Both organizations grew rapidly and joined the public markets.  

 

Jay holds his MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Connecticut College. Jay recently concluded a ten‑year stay on the Board of Trustees at Lawrence Academy, a college preparatory school he attended in Massachusetts. Jay resides in Los Angeles with his wife and two boys and can often be found on the weekend coaching or cheering on his boys.

Omar Salah

Omar Salah, President, MDPortals, is focused on helping value-based providers leverage AI to generate actionable insights about their patients.

At the forefront of technology and innovation throughout his career, Omar is the founder and President of MDPortals Inc., a best-in-class prospective risk adjustment platform acquired by Reveleer in 2023. MDPortals unlocks access to rich and disparate clinical data sources to deliver concise, evidence-based patient summaries at the point of care.

Formerly, Omar was the CEO and founder of Stem MD, the first network of orthopedic surgeons specializing in FDA-approved stem cell treatments. Previously, he founded Century Investment Group, a Jordanian manufacturing conglomerate supplying global fashion brands such as Victoria's Secret, GAP, and Marks & Spencer. He was also managing partner of Star-Brands Partners, a joint-venture with Parthenon Capital, specializing in consumer brands and healthcare related investments, and he served as Vice Chairman of the Young Entrepreneur Organization from 2000 to 2010.

Omar received a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and a Master's of Science degree in Management from Purdue University in Indiana.

ALAN TAM

Alan has over 25 years of marketing experience in building, leading, and scaling global enterprise technology companies. Always a student of marketing and emerging technologies, he has a proven track record of identifying market opportunities and bringing new products and technology to market.

Most recently, Alan was the Chief Marketing Officer at Actium Health, where he drove and executed the go-to-market strategy and built the marketing function, team, and brand that led to an acquisition by Syllable Corporation. Prior to Actium Health, Alan was VP Marketing at Luma Health where he helped drive the organization’s entry and growth into the enterprise provider space. Before venturing into healthcare, Alan spent a decade in marketing technology organizations that included Swrve (now MessageGears), Kenshoo (now Skai), and Monotype Imaging. Earlier in his career, Alan honed his product marketing chops at Adobe where he led their initial enterprise SaaS efforts and entry into the mobile and consumer electronics space through the Flash Lite runtime.

Alan resides in the San Francisco bay area with his wife and two daughters and spends his weekends in the mountains where his girls train and race in alpine skiing.

Dave Meyer

Dave Meyer is a proven innovator with a unique blend of business and technical acumen. He specializes in delivering ambitious technology, AI, and data analytics goals as both a hands-on leader and as a mentoring team builder. He has a 20-year track record of growing successful businesses.

Dave was a co-founder of eNeighborhoods and led the company’s technology transformation as Chief Technology Officer after the acquisition of FreeCreditReport.com. Since turning his attention to health care data, Dave has architected a best in-class NLP solution that leverages Reveleer’s deep clinical knowledge with innovative machine learning.

Meyer is a graduate of the prestigious Management & Technology Program at the University of Pennsylvania, with dual degrees from the Wharton School of Business and the Moore School of Engineering. He also received a Doctoral Fellowship from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Dave grew up in the Philadelphia area and is a long-suffering Philly sports fan. He now lives with his wife and two boys in Santa Monica, CA.

Erin Lafferty

Erin Lafferty is responsible for driving financial outcomes at Reveleer. As the executive finance leader, she is keenly focused on providing insight and driving action to deliver on Reveleer’s strategic and operating outcomes through company culture development, leadership and execution excellence, always prioritizing our mission to accelerate valued-base care.
 
Erin is a seasoned healthcare technology services executive with over 25 years of experience in financial leadership. Most recently she served as Chief Financial Officer at Strategic Healthcare Programs, a SaaS company supporting the home health market. Prior, she was Chief Financial Officer at Accumen, where she enjoyed 8-years growing the company from start up to successful acquisition by Arsenal. 
 
Erin earned her MBA from UCLA’s Andersen School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from UC Berkeley. Erin resides in Los Angeles with her husband and can often be found on weekends exploring all forms of arts in the city.

Mark Eastwood

Mark grew up in the Bay Area and now lives with his wife and 3 children in Santa Monica. He is a Product Management veteran with expertise in starting and growing companies and teams that scale.

Mark has worked on both B2B and B2C technology solutions. He got his start working for Imagine Media in San Francisco developing the Image Games Network. After relocating to Southern California for his wife to attend UCLA medical school, he Joined eToys as the Director of Product Management. The company had an IPO and grew to over 5000 employees and $225M in revenue in only 3 years.

Between 2001 and 2010, Mark worked extensively on local search platforms. He became the VP of Product for Rent.com where he and team took the company from a zero revenue start up to the #1 search site for Apartment Rentals. The company sold to eBay in 2005 for $435M. Mark moved on to DexMedia as the Chief Product Officer. There he was responsible for re-platforming their local search business while maintaining $300M in digital revenue from 550K SMB advertisers.

Between 2010 and 2020, Mark focused on HealthTech, EducationalTech and Mobile App Development. In HealthTech, he ran Product for the Dental platform Brighter which is now owned by Cigna. He was most recently the CPO for a Behavioral Health EHR called SimplePractice.

Mark studied Business at the University of Arizona and is also an accomplished musician and artist. In his spare time he enjoys exercising, cooking, playing jazz, painting and coaching baseball.

Peter Prucnel

Peter Prucnel brings more than 20 years of people services and organizational effectiveness expertise in private, emerging companies and large, public corporations to Reveleer.
 
Prior to leading the talent function here, Peter served as the head of people for industry-leading companies including LegalZoom and Vubiquity. He built a customer contact center, corporate communications, and policy and compliance teams at Chase Bank and The Walt Disney Company.
 
Outside of the workplace, Peter donates his time in policy development, board recruitment, and volunteer operations guidance to community theatre non‑profits and cancer research foundations.
 
Peter completed his undergraduate studies at Marist College where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Communication Arts.

Sunil Chandran

Sunil is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of experience in technology leadership.

Before joining Reveleer, Sunil served as the CTO of Audacious Inquiry, where he oversaw the successful transition of the Audacious Encounter Notification System into a fully multi-tenant SaaS platform. Following the acquisition of Audacious by PointClickCare, Sunil was responsible for all engineering and DevOps functions within the Acute and Payer division of the company. Prior to this, Sunil served as CTO at FranConnect, where he led a globally dispersed R&D team to transition the organization to a pure SaaS platform hosted on AWS. He was also VP of Engineering at SAP, where he oversaw the globally-deployed SuccessFactors Learning Management System, used by more than 18 million learners.

Sunil holds his MBA from Virginia Tech along with a degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Pondicherry University in India.

BARBARA ALLEN

Barbara is an accomplished operations executive with over two decades of experience in the private equity space. She has enabled both private equity-backed and public companies to accelerate growth by reimagining organizational structures, optimizing operations, and modernizing technology. Barbara is widely recognized as a visionary leader who engages employees at all levels and leverages diverse perspectives to drive transformational initiatives. With a commitment to continuous improvement, she has a proven track record of establishing operational discipline and leveraging data analytics to propel businesses to success.

Barbara has successfully led several key transactions, including the sale of ChartOne’s services business to HealthPort for $98 million and the sale of M*Modal to One Equity Partners for $1.1 billion. Throughout her career, she has drawn from deep expertise in healthcare technology, business optimization, operational strategy, and business integration to maximize profitability and foster highly productive cultures, producing measurable financial and operational improvements.

Most recently, Barbara was a key member of the leadership team through the sale of Kemberton to Revecore. At Kemberton (now Revecore), Barbara served as the Chief Operating Officer, where she was brought in to restructure the organization and enable growth. She directed a team of over 350 employees and had full P&L responsibility. In this role, she leveraged data and performance insights to increase productivity by 20% and reduce turnover by 50% by introducing an employee engagement program and leading a cultural transformation.

More directly, Barbara previously served as the Executive Vice President & General Manager at CIOX Health, where she directed 5 business units with over 400 people and established formal processes across the organization. During this time, she brought significant growth and improvements to the private equity-owned business, expanding the business from $10M in 2012 to $48M in 2017 through both organic strategies and acquisitions.

Brant Castellow

Brant has 20+ years of sales leadership experience from various healthcare technology companies including Cerner Corporation, MedeAnalytics, PatientSafe and most recently TractManager.

Previously serving as the Senior Vice President of Sales for TractManager, he helped create an unified enterprise sales organization from a conglomeration of five different smaller companies that came together under one company.

Vindya Dayananda

Vindya Dayananda

Vindya Dayananda has worked in healthcare technology and services for over ten years focused on mergers and acquisitions, strategy development and financial planning.

Prior to joining Oak HC / FT, Vindya was an investment banker at William Blair where she advised healthcare technology clients in sell-side transactions.

Prior to joining William Blair, Vindya worked for the Cancer Treatment Centers of America, a for-profit network of cancer care and research centers, where she focused on strategy development and financial planning for the executive leadership team.

Vindya holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Chicago and an M.B.A from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
